Information

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are dedicated to continue caring for you and your pets needs over the coming months.

We are continually following government guidance along with other reliable sources to allow us to continue to do so.

We have strict sanitation procedures in place in the practice and strategies to overcome the challenges ahead.

We are going to need your help to continue to keep our team healthy and in action. Please let us know if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone who has had Coronavirus. This way, we can help you effectively whilst minimising risk to our team.

We want to do our part in protecting the vulnerable in our community as well as continuing to care for your pets.

We suggest where practical that one owner attend the surgery per appointment, to limit overcrowding. To minimise this further you may wish to wait for your appointment in your vehicle. Pop into reception or telephone to advise us you have arrived. We will phone your mobile when staff are ready to see you.

Remember that hand washing for 20 seconds is an effective may to help prevent spreading the virus. Wash you hands regularly.

Use the hand sanitiser before entry to the practice located in the porch.

Should there be any variation in our service in the future, we will update our website and our facebook page.

Thank you for your co-operation
